Despite plentiful snowfall, Boulder residents enjoy 300 bright sunny days a year, and the city has earned an unsurprising reputation for being one of the best places to live in the nation. The small-town feel, safety, and friendliness of Boulderites make it an easy place to live, work, play, and stay for the long haul.

Arvada, Co

Louisville is steps away from great biking, running and walking trails. Aain street in Louisville has become a hub for great relaxing nightlife with different restaurants, wine and coffee bars.

Superior, Co

Superior is its own entity altogether. Money Magazine loved its low crime rate and bountiful open spaces (which account for about 25 percent of Superior's land area). Niche ranked it the fourth best place to live in Colorado thanks in part to how close it is to the Flatirons (without being Boulder).

Thornton, Co

One of the greatest benefits of looking at homes in North Thornton is the lot sizes. You can get a new build with .5 acres plus lot size. There are several new developments popping up in the North Thornton/ Brighton area. You are also very close to shopping, groceries, and restaurants off I25.

Westminster, Co

Westminster Colorado offers so much, hiking trails, biking, and walking. There are great parks and recreation available to its residents. Some areas have fantastic views of Denver and the flat irons. There are Urban style communities as well as more traditional family communities.
